Spring and Summer in the office

​This is the beginning of the busy season in our Painted Hills office.
 
Our Spring & Summer office hours are:
 
Sunday &  Monday  -Closed
 
Tuesday   noon until 6:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday noon until 4:00pm
Saturday beginning April 7 ....9:00am to 1:00pm
 
Notary service by appointment.
 
  In order to speed up the process of paying dues, getting boat stickers , keys & pool passes, we are asking you to plan ahead by having your insurance and boat registration information ready when you come in.  If you do not have your boat insured, please check with your insurance provider to see if you are covered in the event of an accident.  If not, a liability policy might be in order.
 
LAKE USE WAIVER
Anyone who purchases a boat sticker will be required to read and sign the LAKE USE WAIVER.  It lists the most common boating rules and by signing, you are agreeing to abide by those rules. The waiver will be kept on file in the office and lists the boats & their sticker numbers. A copy of the waiver is available in the office, no need to print it out at home, just bring your insurance info and boat registration.
 
NEW INFORMATION PAGE FOR MEMBERS
Social media is the new form of communication for many of our members.  Due to the previous Painted Hills Facebook page and Next Door  both being compromised, vacation information, phone numbers, addresses etc that should not be public information have been posted.  A new informational page, "Painted Hills-IN THE KNOW', has been created.
It is only for Painted Hills lot owners and homeowners.  It is accessible by request only and an administrator will allow only Painted Hills members  access.  As a member, please request  access so you will be IN THE KNOW> We will continue to post Association business, from the Painted Hills office as well.
