Due to the scheduling of the Annual Meeting, there will not be a normal monthly board meeting.  The usual 9/19/2022 meeting is cancelled.

Below are the candidates for the HOA board to be elected at the Annual Meeting.  Three positions are open and terms run for three years.

Aquatic Control will be treating the lakes for Algae and Vegetation growth on Tuesday 8/16.  Please refrain from watering grass/gardens for 3 days.  No other restrictions are recommended.

The courts will be closed Wednesday, 8/17 and Thursday, 8/18 for sealing and relining.
Courts should be available for play on Friday, 8/19.

Lifeguards are back in school so the hours of the pool are changing for August.
Monday closed
Tuesday thru Friday  4pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday  Noon to 8pm

There are 3 open HOA board seats up for election.  We need volunteers to run.  Contact the PH office to get your application.

We are looking for vendors interested in donating door prizes.  Contact Jon Speer.

Painted Hills Pool will open Saturday, May 28 at 10am.

Pool is open Tuesday - Sunday from 12noon to 8pm.
Pool is closed Mondays.

HOLIDAY weekends the pool is open 10am-8pm.

There is a vacancy at the Painted Hills Association Office for a part time assistant.  This position will be in addition to the current office staff and hours will be determined upon hire.
 
​Requirements:  Communication skills, both verbal and written.  Previous experience with office equipment and computers, but we will train.  Minimum of high school education, with additional training and or experience in office administration.
 
Must be flexible with working hours critical to periodic peak workload responsibilities.
Hourly rate will be established at time of hire and approved by the Association Board.  This position is not eligible for benefits such as paid health insurance, vacations, and sick time.
