Now that summer is in full swing and the kids are out of school, the pool is busy. As a result, I would like to introduce the 2019 Lifeguard Staff. They are a very talented group of young men and women who are working hard this summer to keep us safe while enjoying the pool. Please continue to show them your continued respect, say Hi and ask them about their hobbies.
Laiken Beard, Head Lifeguard and only returning guard from last season. I have been lifeguarding at Painted Hills for 2 years. I’m entering my second year of college at IUPUI and I am currently studying Interior Design. I enjoy reading, writing poetry, binge-watching my favorite TV shows, and traveling with friends in my free time. I am Sierra Bowman, it is my first year lifeguarding at Painted Hills. I am a three sport athlete, I dive, run cross country and track. I enjoy taking my dogs swimming and going out on the lake with my family and friends. I am Kiley Breeden, it is my first year lifeguarding at Painted Hills. I am a junior at Indian Creek and I run cross country and track. I am Aiden Dillard and I am a new lifeguard this year for the Painted Hills Clubhouse Pool. I’m passionate about STEM and space exploration. I enjoy building computers, participating on my FIRST FRC robotics team and am currently obtaining my private pilot license. I’m Alley Fleener, I will be a junior at Indian Creek in the fall. This is my first year as a Painted Hills lifeguard. I play travel softball for the Avon Elite and I love to craft. I’m Thomas Fleener, This is my first year as a Painted Hills lifeguard. I am a student at Indian Creek and on the swim team. (No Picture) I am Mya Piccione and I have been lifeguarding for over two years at a variety of different pools, but I am excited to begin my first year at Painted Hills. I am starting my sophomore year at Indiana University South Bend as a Theatre Performance major. I’m Carissa Trammell, I am junior at Indian Creek. I participate in marching band and winter guard. I enjoy meeting new people and am always ready for a new adventure. This is my first year lifeguarding and I’m very excited.

With the upcoming Holiday weekend, the pool and clubhouse will be open, and boating and skiing activities are expected.
Security is asking that you follow the long established rules: Signed Membership card (or picture of same on your phone) should be available if you are asked for it. We have many new faces here and please don’t be offended as we are still getting to know everyone Dues were due May 1st and if you are not fully paid, do not expect to use the facilities. A member who is not current cannot be a guest of another paid member. Your are responsible for your guests and must sign them when frequenting the clubhouse. When boating, have your current (green) sticker attached and all skiers & tubers should have a spotter Know and observe the boating rules. Laminated copies are available at the office to keep on your boat as a reminder. Remember the speed limit in the subdivision is 20MPH (15 around the playground and tennis courts) Our Morgan County Sheriff has been asked to watch for speeders as he patrols the area. Let’s all do what we can to make this a safe and enjoyable summer. Security committee 765 318-0598 Pool Update and Changes - Please read if you or your guests use the pool.
Pool Hours (weather permitting) Noon - 8 pm - Tuesday thru Friday 10 am - 8 pm Saturday and Sunday Closed on Monday Individual pool pass $10 each (sold in the office - green wrist band) Family passes $35 each (sold in the office - green wrist band) Day passes (guests or members) $2 (see the guards for day/guest pass bands) *day guests must be accompanied by a Painted Hills member in good standing In order to assure that all Painted Hills members and guests are treated fairly, wrist bands need to be worn and visible to the guards at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS, if you do not have a pool pass or paid for a day pass you will be asked to leave the pool area. Please instruct your children and guests to have pool passes visible for the guards to easily verify. Clear plastic water bottles or containers are allowed inside the pool area fence. However, no metal, paper or glass containers are allowed inside the the pool area fence. NO coolers, food or smoking allowed inside the pool area fence. Tables are chairs are provided on the lake side of the clubhouse to enjoy your refreshments purchased at the Painted Pub snack shop or refreshments you bring to the pool. Please abide by these rules as they are for everyones safety and continued use of the pool. Thanks in advance for your cooperation with the pool staff. |
