- New Years Eve Party - @ Clubhouse - Adults only.
- Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday before Easter, 11 am @ the playground
- Neighborhood Garage Sale - first Saturday in June from 8 am -2 pm
- Kids' Pool Party - on a Monday in June. Games and dinner provided
- Labor Day Duck Race - Labor Day, 1 pm @ the clubhouse
- Trunk or Treat/Wienie Roast - Saturday before Halloween, 3 pm @ at the playground
- Breakfast with Santa - First Saturday in December, 8:30 am @ clubhouse
