Annual meeting this year will be Saturday, 9/25. Per our bylaws, 3 board positions will be open. If you want to be on the HOA board please submit a short bio to the office before 8/6. Election of new board members takes place at the annual meeting.
Terms for board members are 3 years and you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HOA. Painted Hills has made significant improvements over the last 10-15 years and we have a number of issues that are pressing for the HOA board to solve.
Being a board member requires significant volunteer time so please think hard before committing. Newly elected board members meet with the existing board members for committee assignments and leadership elections.
