Subject: Tom and  Rosanna Fitzgerald house fire

One  of our Painted Hills family's suffered a tragedy last night.  Tom and Rosanna  Fitzgerald lost their home to a fire.  The good news is they are alright as well  as their animals!  

 Many of you have  inquired about donating monetarily.  After many conversations and the changes in  regulations with banks, we determined the best option would be to set up a drop  off at the Painted Hills office. 
  
You can mail or drop  off any monetary donation.  Please be sure to have your check, money order or  gift card in a sealed envelope with Tom and Rosanna's name indicated on it.   Additionally we are looking to hold a fundraising dinner for them in the near  future.
  
One of the  awesome things about living in Painted Hills unlike other neighborhoods is we  consider each other family and we take care of one another!
  
I know Tom and Rosanna appreciate our prayers and  efforts.

August 10, 2013.  You will definitely want to circle this date on your calendars.   Along with our neighbors at Cedar Creek Winery, Painted Hills will be co-hosting the 1st Annual 5k Walk/Run, 10k Run.  This event will benefit Indiana Charities.  Included are Relay for Life, Hemophilia of Indiana, Sheltering Wings and God’s Bounty.  The 5k Walk/Run will go around Lake Nebo while the 10k Run will go around both Lake Nebo and Lake Holiday.  Cedar Creek will be the hub for the event.  Both races will begin and end at the Winery.  All parking will be there, as well.  


If you are interested in participating in this event you can Pre-Register at www.fun-races.com/cedar.  Cutoff for Pre-Registration is next Monday, June 17th.  By Pre-Registering there is a discount code “RELAY” which is 10% and means that the proceeds from that particular runner will benefit our local Relay for Life.  You are encouraged to bring your friends, family, business associates and workout buddies to join you.  Even if you don’t plan on running/walking yourself, you might want to invite someone you know who enjoys this healthy type of exercise and the occasional glass of wine to join in. 



This is a great opportunity for Painted Hills to show the rest of Central Indiana what a great community we are.  If you do not plan on hopping into the mix yourself, it will be a great opportunity to have guests in for the evening to join you and cheer on the runners.
